HOA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st

2025 dues are $2,550 per quarter

Regular Board meetings are
the 3rd Tuesday of the month,
September through May,
2:30pm via Zoom.

No meetings are held in
June, July, and August.
